Supporting senior promotion candidates through the selection and evaluation processes.
Coaching corporate Interns and Graduates as they progress through placements and projects.
Mentoring Senior Executives through their first 180 days in role. The first 90 days focus on understanding the current baseline (for example, the organisational structure, stakeholders and sponsors, corporate strategy and vision). The 90 - 180 day period focuses on the development of vision, strategic planning and change management. Importantly, coaching sessions focus on self-discovery and self-awareness.
